Carlos Zambrano delivered 9 solid innings at Coors Field where the Vero Beach
Bums beat the Napa Winers 2 to 0.
 
Zambrano(1-0) came through with a virtuoso performance against the Napa
hitters.  He allowed just 4 hits and 1 walk in 9 innings improving his ERA
from 9.00 to 3.21.  The Napa offense proved no trouble in the bottom of the
9th.  
 
Max Scherzer(1-1) took the loss.  He gave up 5 hits and 5 walks in 6 innings.
'Zambrano was the man tonight,' David Gandy said.  'He had just about every
pitch working.'
