Hi fellow tba players...i am eddie o reporting on my edgewater giants formerly the clev bandits...last yr i was very disappointed ...i thought my team which i inherited was good enough to make the playoffs...however awful yrs by D lowe, s victorino and jj hardy ruined any chances....and this year's team isnt better statistically so far...with down yrs by hardy and lowe so i have my work cut out......my starters so far look like this

strengths are speed, bullpen, but i have obvious deficiences i will be relying on the draft to get role player types..and of course starters and bullpen guys who can hold it until late in the game
my goal is just to make the playoffs ....and take it from there ....:)
i traded away my first round pick for joe nathan i just didnt want to be thinking about a real good closer for the next few yrs ...and barring injury nathan gives me that ...
Last yr was my first yr playing strat netplay ...i think i learned a little but only time will tell...im excited as all managers are at the beginning of a new season.....cant wait for the draft ...ttfn

I still couldn't believe Pujols fell to #3 in the entry draft.
ReplyDeleteLast year was my first year playing netplay, too, as well as my first playing the super advanced game. I think I definitely learned a lot from the year, though the challenge is to avoid overthinking now.
